PRICES
The prices of the products on the Website correspond only to the price of the Products themselves, including VAT.

THE OWNER may modify the prices of the Products that appear on the Website at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not be applicable to those Products for which a Shipping Confirmation has been sent.
The HOLDER reserves the right of admission and cancellation of any order, being able to return the amount paid by the client and being exempt from any other obligation.
The total cost of your order will be the purchase price of the Products plus the corresponding shipping costs.
SHIPPING
If the shipment of the order does not give time to deliver it within the expected period due to production reasons, the company reserves the right to send it when there is more production available.
Delivery area: At the moment we deliver to Spain and the US.
Delivery times: your order will be delivered, depending on the destination in:
- Spain: Between 24-48 hours (except holidays) once you have received the confirmation email.
- USA: 14 business days

PAYMENT METHODS (Review)
Products and services will be paid in advance through:
Credit or debit card: Visa, MasterCard.
Visa and Master Card have developed a system to securely make payments on the Internet. The Secure Electronic Commerce POS system is based on the card Entity identifying you as the card holder before authorizing payment online.

RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied every time you shop at our store. In any case, we understand that sometimes you may want to cancel an order to return an item. According to Law 3/2014 of March 27, you have the right to withdraw from this contract from the moment of purchase until the first 14 calendar days after receiving an order, without the need for any justification.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication is sent before the corresponding period expires.
B. Return conditions
All items must be returned in perfect condition, without having been modified or personalized, in their original packaging in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.
The transport costs incurred for the return will be at your expense.
Once we have received your notification of withdrawal and the items, we will refund the payment received (except transport costs), using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise.
C. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
This right will not apply to articles made according to your specifications or clearly personalized, or that, due to their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.
D. Damaged or defective products
If the item has arrived damaged or with a fault, or if we have sent you an item by mistake, please contact our Customer Service.
In these cases, you will not be responsible for the return costs. We will also reimburse you for the original shipping costs if you return all the products included in the order.
If you only return a part of the order to us or if you request a replacement or an alternative product, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A-The HOLDER will not be responsible (including, without limitation, for negligent conduct or breach of a legal obligation), or in any other way that may arise from these Conditions of Sale for any:
- 1.- Economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of income, loss of data, loss of actual or anticipated benefits, loss of contracts, loss of opportunity, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings);

- 3.- Indirect or consequential losses or damages that you may suffer as a result of these Conditions or in relation to them.
